THE TREATMENT
Lengths of brown paper were cut, hand crinkled, and laid flat.It was then applied to the scenery with a heavy-handed application of sealer. When dried, 2-3 more layers of sealer were applied. The paper became smooth and quite tough! Any touch-ups were done in a color match paint.
