APPLYING AND CARVING THE FOAM
We applied sheets of foam using contact adhesive, starting with a 1/2” layer and applying labeled pieces to build up rocks. We then carved them down, and applied Jaxsan, then the grey rock paint treatment. There were quite a few sections of wall!
In space, we did some additional carving and treatment to blend the separate wall units together. We then applied a gloss sealer with mica flakes for some moisture and sparkle, followed by a matte sponge roll.This was repeated a couple times for the desired effect.
